What you create
- Control, evaluation and maintenance of the ZEP time recording system
- Preparatory payroll accounting and communication with external payroll office
- Preparation and follow-up of contract documents
- Coordination of the onboarding process
- Creation and maintenance of personnel files in the rexx personnel management system
- Deadline monitoring
- Administrative support for the entire team
- Active participation in projects in the HR area
- Implementation of the certification system
What you bring along
- Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on human resources
- Team player with good organizational and communication skills
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, diligence and discretion
- Enjoy administrative tasks
- Structured, efficient, independent and autonomous way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
