To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable Facility Technician / Caretaker (m/f/d) in technical facility management as soon as possible.

What you will contribute

  • Regular inspection rounds and condition checks of technical systems (e.g. elevators, doors, fire protection)
  • Processing repair orders via a ticket system
  • Performing minor and cosmetic repairs on sanitary, lighting, and building components
  • Monitoring maintenance intervals and coordinating external service providers
  • Managing locking systems as well as organizing the workshop and work materials
  • Maintaining outdoor areas, winter services, and preparing rooms for events

What you bring

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., plumbing, electrical, metal, wood)
  • Basic technical understanding and manual skills
  • Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
  • Teamwork skills and good German language proficiency
  • Class B driver's license
  • Willingness to participate in further training
  • Good handling of digital tools (MS Office, maintenance software)
