What you create

  • Ensuring the proper receipt, storage and management of hazardous substances
    Preparing quality management (QM)-related documents, including defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions within the framework of the QM system
  • Establishing a scalable and future-proof logistics organisation through the further development of structures and systems, continuous process optimisation and the introduction of innovative logistics strategies and technologies
  • Developing a modern KPI management system to monitor and continuously improve logistics performance
  • Responsibility for the timely supply of materials to the production and development departments
  • Operational responsibility for all logistics processes in terms of quality, capacity, deadlines, staff, costs and investments
  • Responsibility for goods receipt, warehousing, order picking, internal transport and dispatch
  • Technical and line management, as well as the strategic development of the logistics team
  • Ensuring compliance with accident prevention, health and safety at work and environmental protection

What you bring along

  • A degree in logistics or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in handling and storing hazardous substances
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ideally GMP requirements in the pharmaceutical sector)
  • Extensive and relevant professional and managerial experience in the field of logistics and supply chain management
  • Organisational and leadership skills, including successful team management and effective delegation of tasks
  • Ability to efficiently structure and manage workflows
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics processes, as well as very good knowledge of ERP and MS Office
  • Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
  • Experience of working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
