What you create
- Operation, further development and modernisation of our on-premises infrastructure (servers, virtualisation, storage, backup)
- Further development of our hybrid IT infrastructure with integration of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Intune
- Migration and integration of selected systems into cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Administration and further development of network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN)
- Ensuring security and compliance requirements (including GMP, NIS2)
- Contributing to security architectures and protective measures (IAM, segmentation, hardening, Zero Trust)
- Administration and further development of endpoint management via Microsoft Intune
- Design, planning and technical implementation of infrastructure and IT projects
- Contribution to architectural decisions and technical concepts
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis in infrastructure and network environments
- Provision of third-level support and technical assistance with complex issues
What you bring along
- A degree in IT or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Experience in operating on-premises infrastructure (servers, virtualisation, storage, backup)
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange) and Intune
- Experience in the operation and design of networks (Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
- Understanding of modern security concepts (Zero Trust, IAM, network segmentation, hardening)
- Experience in working with hybrid IT infrastructures (on-premises & cloud)
- Experience with VMware, Veeam Backup or comparable technologies is an advantage
- Experience in the independent conception, planning and implementation of technical IT projects
- A strong hands-on approach and a willingness to tackle issues pragmatically and in a solution-oriented manner
- Highly service-oriented and enjoy providing long-term support to colleagues with technical challenges
- A structured and analytical approach to work, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of German and English
