What you create
As part of the FM team within the Engineering Services & Facility Management department, you will qualify ventilation systems, media systems and cleanroom environments for our biotechnological processes. You will draw up requalification reports and periodic reviews, as well as risk analyses, and ensure that the necessary measures are implemented. You will also coordinate the handling of non-conformities, CAPAs and change control measures within your area of responsibility.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing risk analyses and qualification test plans
- Planning and carrying out qualifications, including coordinating the relevant departments and any necessary service providers
- Planning, preparing and carrying out re-qualifications and periodic reviews
- Technical supervision and acceptance of qualification activities, as well as preparing the associated documentation
- Developing solutions and coordinating the handling of non-conformities, CAPAs and change control
- Presenting qualification reports during regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Drafting/amending standard operating procedures
- Supporting and, where necessary, delivering training within your area of responsibility
- Contributing to cross-functional projects
- Participating in the planning and implementation of company-specific quality objectives
What you bring along
- A successfully completed degree in a technical subject (e.g. pharmaceutical or process engineering, chemical engineering) or an equivalent vocational qualification with relevant experience in the quality assurance department of a pharmaceutical company
- Comprehensive expertise in GMP and several years’ practical experience in the qualification of media systems and cleanrooms
- A proactive approach to work with very high quality standards, as well as a solution-oriented approach to problems
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, as well as very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
