What you will help shape

  • Production of buffers and media, including weighing, liquefaction, filtration, and filling
  • Execution of all activities under GMP conditions in cleanrooms, including material transfer and surface cleaning according to cleanroom requirements
  • Operation, maintenance, and monitoring of production and analysis equipment (e.g., mixing systems, scales, pumps)
  • ISO- and GMP-compliant documentation of all work steps and results, as well as maintaining logbooks
  • Creation and maintenance of SOPs and production documents

What you bring

  • Completed training in a scientific profession (BTA, CTA, MTA, laboratory technician, or similar)
  • Professional experience in the GMP field and in managing quality documents is an advantage
  • Understanding of chemical and physical processes, especially for buffer production, as well as experience with production equipment (e.g., scales, pumps, mixing systems)
  • Careful, structured, and reliable working style – even under time pressure
  • Strong team and communication skills, especially at interfaces with other departments
  • Basic knowledge of data processing (e.g., Office) as well as fluent German and good English skills
