What you create

  • Method Development and Analytics:
    Participation in the establishment, qualification, and application of analytical methods (e.g. titration, qPCR/ddPCR, Western blot, ELISA) for in-process controls, release testing, and stability studies.
  • QC Laboratory Analyses:
    Execution of laboratory analyses such as physicochemical tests and visual inspections in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Equipment Qualification and Maintenance:
    Conducting equipment qualifications, preparing related reports and plans, and ensuring ongoing maintenance activities.
  • General Laboratory Tasks:
    Preparation of solutions and reagents, ordering of lab consumables, and organization of sample shipments.
  • Documentation in a GMP Environment:
    Preparation and maintenance of test instructions, analytical reports, SOPs, and logbooks.

What you bring along

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    Completed laboratory-based training (e.g. BTA, MTA, Biology Lab Technician) or a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, ideally with professional experience in an industrial or academic setting.
  • Expertise:
    Experience with virological, molecular biological, or immunochemical methods is desirable; knowledge of GMP/QC processes is a plus.
  • Language Skills:
    Very good German and good English skills.
  • Working Style and Personality:
    Strong team player with a sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and enthusiasm for scientific discussions.
  • Service Orientation:
    Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail in laboratory documentation.
