What you create

  • General Support & Administration: Assisting the Marketing & Communications department with administrative tasks such as invoice verification, budget management, supplier coordination, documentation management, and travel organization.
  • Project & Communication Management: Coordinating internal projects and implementing measures for internal and external communication.
  • Web & Intranet Maintenance: Updating and managing the company website and intranet.
  • Press & Public Relations: Handling press-related processes, including coordinating press releases and managing press inquiries.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Supporting social media activities and digital marketing initiatives, such as content updates, campaign preparation, and basic reporting.

What you bring along

  • Qualifications: Completed commercial or biotechnological training or a comparable qualification in marketing/communication.
  • Experience & Numerical Affinity: Experience in supporting marketing activities and budget management with a strong numerical understanding.
  • Organizational & Design Talent: Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creative work.
  • Technical & Creative Skills: Proficiency in graphic design, photo/video editing, and a solid technical understanding, especially of MS Office applications; experience in the life sciences sector is a plus.
  • Language & Writing Proficiency: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, with a talent for crafting compelling texts.
