What you create
- Planning, organization, and execution of lab-scale (10–50 L) and large-scale (up to 1000 L) production runs, including seed train preparation and cell separations under R&D and GMP conditions.
- Independent management of USP production projects in close collaboration with Development, DSP, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams.
- Organization and execution of non-GMP/toxicology and GMP production processes, including documentation, sample management, and material coordination.
- Preparation, maintenance, and revision of GMP documentation (SOPs, batch records, risk assessments) and GMP equipment records, as well as preparation of reports and presentations in English.
- Support of process transfer from development to production and participation in scale-up activities.
- Execution of cleanroom operations in compliance with all GMP, training, and safety requirements, including scheduled weekend duties.
- Continuous optimization of internal processes and implementation of innovative methods.
What you bring along
- Completed degree (Diploma/Master’s) in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience with bioreactors, cell culture processes (e.g., CHO cultivation, fed-batch), and aseptic techniques.
- Basic knowledge of GMP regulations and ISO standards; professional experience in the described field is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills and fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Solution-oriented mindset with an independent, results-driven working style.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with high commitment, reliability, and team spirit.
