What you create

  • Management and coordination of development and GMP-compliant production projects for international customers in the preclinical and clinical area
  • Responsible communication with customers, including presentation of results, conflict resolution and leading customer meetings
  • Management of an interdisciplinary team and central contact person for international partners and specialist departments
  • Management of product development and production in accordance with GMP guidelines as well as responsibility for cross-departmental communication and coordination of product dispatch
  • Monitoring and management of project progress in terms of risk, time and budget as well as implementation of process optimisations

What you bring along

  • Degree in natural sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacy or similar), ideally with a doctorate
  • Several years of professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably with a focus on GMP-compliant development and production processes
  • Experience in managing complex projects with in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines
  • Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills as well as high resilience and flexibility
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours 
  • Very good written and spoken English; additional language skills and intercultural communication skills are an advantage
