What you create

Administration and optimisation of the project management tool (PPM) to support project and portfolio management
Maintaining and ensuring data quality in the SciForma system and licence management
Coordinating project management processes and system requirements across departments
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in collaboration with the PMO team and specialist departments
Support, training and continuous improvement of system utilisation for users
Supporting project managers with routine processes in their day-to-day work, such as dispatch orders, creating protocols and organising and conducting SOP training sessions

What you bring along

Degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, pharmacy, computer science) or comparable qualification
Experience with project management tools and digital affinity; knowledge of SciForma or similar systems desirable
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
Initiative and flexibility in taking on a variety of tasks and new topics
Very good written and spoken German and English skills and a hands-on mentality
