What you create

  •  Leading the creation and coordination of qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) and their approval processes, also in cooperation with external service providers.
  • Development and establishment of concepts for the qualification and validation of technical systems and environments in the engineering sector.
  • Notification, processing and review of quality documents (DEV, CAPA, CCO) as well as creation and regular revision of risk analyses and SOPs.
  • Representation of technical qualification and documentation in internal and external audits as well as training responsibility for the digital document management system.
  • Support with practical qualification work in device technology and optimisation of processes for the implementation of document-based activities in engineering. 
 

What you bring along

  • Successfully completed studies in pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, process technology or related technical degree programmes or alternatively training as a state-certified technician.
  • Profound professional experience in the GMP environment as well as good knowledge of the qualification phases and the GMP guidelines.
  • Independent and team-orientated way of working with knowledge of relevant standards, e.g. DIN EN ISO 14644.
  • fluent German and good English skills.
  • Confident handling of digital work tools, good written expression skills and open-mindedness in communication with external companies.
