What you create

  • Support in managing electronic and paper-based documentation on GMP and QMS-related topics (e.g. deviations, CAPAs, change control, qualifications)
  • Provision of manufacturing and test protocols for production and quality control
  • Maintenance and updating of Excel spreadsheets
  • Sending of reminder and information emails to internal interfaces
  • General administrative tasks to support the QA team

 

What you bring along

  • Registered student (e.g. life sciences, natural sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy or similar)
  • Team-oriented, communicative and reliable personality with a careful and structured approach to work
  • High degree of accuracy and sense of responsibility
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
  • Interest in quality assurance and GMP-regulated processes
  • Initial knowledge of the GMP environment is an advantage, but not essential
