What you create
- Preparation and aliquoting of buffers and reagents, as well as monitoring expiry dates.
- Provision of consumables and assistance with incoming goods inspections.
- Creation, maintenance, preparation and archiving of laboratory documents and logbooks.
- Carrying out general laboratory tasks such as surface cleaning, checking the expiry dates of chemicals and calibrating balances.
- Organising and assisting with deep cleaning, as well as preparing glassware and materials.
What you bring along
- Registered student of biology, chemistry, biochemistry or biotechnology
- Some laboratory experience, ideally with knowledge of handling hazardous substances.
- Team-oriented, communicative and reliable individual with a meticulous and structured approach to work.
- High degree of accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility when carrying out laboratory tasks.
- Very good command of German and a good command of English
