What you will contribute

  • Repairing devices and performing maintenance according to approved maintenance plans
  • Supervising service personnel from external providers
  • Inspecting portable devices according to DGUV V3 during goods receipt, maintenance, and after repairs
  • Documenting maintenance and repair work in logbooks and the electronic maintenance management system
  • Participating in and monitoring calibrations, qualifications, and validations of technical systems
  • Supporting user personnel in device procurement
  • Expanding internal departmental expertise in maintenance and calibration

What you bring

  • Completed vocational training, e.g., as an electrical technician
  • Several years of experience in the maintenance and care of complex (partly IT-supported) devices and systems
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to provide technical on-call service
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written, and good English skills
  • Communication skills and service orientation
  • Independent working style, reliability, and high commitment
