What you create

  • Preparation, maintenance, and updating of hygiene-related SOPs and protocols; serving as the primary point of contact for hygiene topics in collaboration with company representatives and the occupational physician.
  • Planning and delivering hygiene and cleanroom training sessions, as well as initiating and managing compliance activities (e.g., deviations, CAPAs).
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and performing trend analyses of microbiological conditions in cleanrooms and laboratory areas, including personnel monitoring.
  • Oversight and evaluation of technical monitoring activities (e.g., cleanrooms, storage areas, equipment) as well as monitoring of WFI, laboratory water, and gases.
  • Coordination of pest control activities with external service providers and management of cleaning and disinfection agents.

What you bring along

  • Completed vocational training as a technical assistant (PTA, BTA, CTA, MTL) or a university degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated setting.
  • Solid hands-on experience with microbiological analytical methods and pharmacopeia-based procedures (EP/USP).
  • Strong sense of responsibility as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, combined with strong communication skills and agility.
